Refund & Return Policy

Car Part Global offers returns in accordance with our standard return policy outlined below. Please review all terms carefully before initiating a return.


Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.

  • Returned items must be shipped to the return address provided on the RMA. Returns sent to any other location will not be accepted.

  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with no signs of installation, and in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.

  • Opened, installed, used, or altered products are not eligible for return.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the original shipment was incorrect or the item is defective and approved for replacement.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Car Part Global are covered under this standard return policy.

  • Failure to comply with this policy or the RMA instructions may result in delayed processing or refusal of the return.

How to Obtain an RMA

To request an RMA, please email info@carpartglobal.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number(s)

  • Part number(s) being returned


Important Notes for Wheels

  • Wheels must be inspected before mounting tires.

  • Once a tire has been mounted, the wheel is no longer eligible for return.

  • Manufacturer warranties require that any defects be identified prior to tire mounting.

Return Instructions

  • Carefully package all authorized return items.

  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label.

  • Ship only items approved on the RMA.

  • Ship returns only to the address provided in the RMA instructions.

  • Return shipping labels may be available for an additional cost upon request.

  • Retain your tracking number as proof of delivery.

  • We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your return.

  • Items damaged due to insufficient packaging will be denied.

  • Car Part Global is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • Returns sent Collect or COD will be refused, and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Credits & Refunds

  • Only returns that meet all return policy and RMA requirements are eligible for a refund.

  • RMAs expire 30 days after issuance.

  • Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of the return for inspection and processing.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • International orders: Duties, taxes, and fees incurred during return will be deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance items

  • Discontinued items

  • Scratch and dent items

  • Apparel

  • Tires or wheels that have been mounted

  • Programmers and calibrators

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Mastercraft items

  • Partial kits

  • Electronic products (unless unopened and returned within 90 days, or received defective/damaged)

Clearance, scratch and dent, and discontinued items may have cosmetic imperfections. These items are sold as-is, without warranty or satisfaction guarantees, unless required by law.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale, including items within designated final sale collections, are not eligible for return or refund. Final sale status is determined at the time of purchase and applies regardless of product condition, unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping Errors

  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer, installer, or mechanic to confirm part compatibility before installation.

  • Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

  • If an incorrect item is received, email photos of the incorrect part and manufacturer packaging to info@carpartglobal.com within 5 business days.

  • Third-party costs such as labor, installation, paint, or prep fees are not refundable.

Defective Items & Warranty

  • Defective items are those that do not function correctly at the time of receipt.

  • Warranty items are those that fail after installation and may be eligible under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • If a replacement is issued, the customer may be charged initially. A credit will be applied once the warranty or carrier claim is approved.

  • Car Part Global does not provide independent warranties.

  • Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

  • Warranty coverage does not include labor, installation, diagnostic, towing, storage, shipping, or incidental expenses.

  • Car Part Global is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product defects.

Parts Damaged in Shipping

  • Credits for shipping-damaged items depend on carrier claim approval.

  • Expedited shipping for replacements is at the customer’s expense.

  • If a replacement is shipped, the customer may be charged initially. A credit will be issued once the carrier claim is approved.
