This throttle body is a direct replacement for the factory unit in a 4.0L engine. Fits the 2004-2006 Jeep TJ and Wrangler, and the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The BBK Performance 17240 features a 62mm bore diameter that increases airflow by up to 30% compared to the factory design, delivering improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response. It is CNC machined from aluminum and includes a new CNC billet idle air control housing, along with OEM-style linkages, double sealed bearings, and o-ringed throttle shafts. The throttle body is 50 state legal and CARB approved, and works with the vehicle's factory engine tune with no reprogramming required.
