Constructed from mild steel with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing and finished in titanium ceramic coating, the BBK Performance part number 4008 shorty tuned length exhaust headers provide direct replacement performance for V6 applications. Fits the 1999-2004 Ford Mustang. The mandrel bent tubing design offers unrestricted exhaust flow to improve horsepower and torque over factory manifolds, while tuned length construction enhances scavenging waves for better combustion efficiency and fuel economy. All headers feature a 3/8" laser cut exhaust flange for added strength and are robotically welded and precision hand welded, then pressure tested to ensure reliable performance.
