BDS Suspension 1906H - 3.5 Inch Lift Kit Ford Ranger 19-23 4WD Cast Steel NX2 Nitro Shocks

Improve the performance and style of your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger truck by installing this 3.5-inch lift kit from BDS. Specially designed for the new Ranger, this 3.5 inch leveling kit is engineered for additional tire clearance and improved performance without overextending the suspension or driveline angles at full suspension droop.

To prevent maxing out ball joints or CV damage, BDS gets around this issue by using a 2-piece design with a smaller top mounted steel strut spacer in combination with a preload spacer.

To further ensure proper drivetrain geometry the front differential is repositioned using relocation brackets. These brackets correct CV axle angle while allowing the use of the factory front skid plates. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel.

Up front, the lift kit includes steel top mount strut spacers, pre-load spacers, differential relocation brackets and tubular upper control arms. In the rear, this kit includes heavy duty lift shackles and custom-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance series shocks.

HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs)
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5 inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment.

At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

OE Knuckle Type - Cast Steel
Ford is producing two knuckle/control arm configurations in 2020+ model Rangers. Cast steel knuckle equipped models have different ball joints than models equipped with Aluminum knuckles.
