This Flowmaster 842452 is a three-chamber muffler constructed of 16 gauge 409 stainless steel and fully MIG welded. Fits the 1995-1999 Dodge Neon; the 1984-1998 Jeep Cherokee; the 1993-1997 Volkswagen Jetta; the 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler; and the 1955-1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. It uses Delta Flow technology and an internal tuning chamber to reduce sound inside the vehicle while delivering the same performance and exterior tone characteristics as a two-chamber design, with less interior resonance.
