This tubular upper control arm kit from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, part number 78601DJ, replaces the factory upper control arms with performance-oriented components. Fits the 2014-2020 Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe and GMC Yukon; the 2015-2020 GMC Yukon XL; the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD and GMC Sierra 1500 Limited; the 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500; and the 2014 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 and GMC Yukon XL 1500. The arms are constructed from 1026 DOM steel tubing, CNC bent and powder coated to a semi-gloss black finish for strength and corrosion resistance. Each arm features ICON's Delta Joint, a heavy duty ball joint with a zinc plated housing, grease seal, and serviceable design that combines the durability of a traditional ball joint with greater articulation capability.
The arms include polyurethane bushings, mounting hardware, and a grease fitting, and are engineered with built-in caster correction for optimal alignment. They support increased wheel travel when paired with appropriate coilovers.
