Adams Forged Jeep JT Rear 1350 Series Transfer Case Flange Yoke with a Ford 2 inch Pilot and 4 1/4 inch Bolt Pattern.

This FORGED Transfer Case Flange Yoke is one of the Strongest on the Market will allow you to install a 1350 Series Flange Style CV Driveshaft to the Rear of your Jeep JK Wrangler.

This Item will come with the Following Parts:

  • (1) JK Rear Forged 1350 Series Flange T-case Yoke with a 2 inch Pilot and a 4 1/4 inch Bolt Pattern.
  • (4) Grade 10 CV Bolts with smaller Heads for easier Installation.
  • (1) Pack of Red Threadlocker.
