AEM Electronics part number 30-3305 is a water and methanol injection controller for high compression naturally aspirated and forced induction gas engines. The controller features a boost dependent or multi-input design with large turn-resistant knobs and integrated fuse for simplified installation. Two wiring harness options with positive-lock connectors and color-coded wires are included to match either boost pressure or 0-5v and frequency-based inputs.
The system includes three resized injector nozzles with improved flow rates and a conductive low level fluid sensor molded into the tank. A boost safe failsafe output activates if there is a short, loss of continuity, high or low voltage, or low fluid condition, allowing the user to define their strategy from warning lights to boost or ignition pull. An integrated pump ground circuit in the wiring harness eliminates accidental pump activation from system shorts, and an additional wire is provided for an optional on/off solenoid.
