AP Exhaust 641240 Federal / EPA Catalytic Converter - Direct Fit w/ Integrated Manifold

Manifold-mounted catalytic converters replace original converter assemblies while maintaining the same engine-mounting interface and bolt patterns for seamless installation. Fits the 2004-2007 Toyota Highlander Base and Highlander Limited; the 2006-2007 Toyota Highlander Sport; the 2004-2006 Lexus RX330 and Toyota Sienna; and the 2004-2005 Toyota Highlander with the 3.3L V6. The AP Exhaust 641240 is a Federal and EPA direct-fit manifold converter built with a cast iron core wrapped in 409 stainless steel and a ceramic substrate to efficiently reduce emissions while monitoring the exhaust through a single O2 sensor port. This compact 16.500-inch converter includes outlet hardware for secure attachment, arrives boxed for protection, and carries a warranty backing its performance. The 6-bolt welded-flange inlet with gasket meets the 2-bolt welded-flange outlet with gasket support to provide a sealed exhaust flow path throughout the converter housing.
