Processing exhaust emissions with ceramic substrate technology, the AP Exhaust 642989 is a stainless steel direct-fit catalytic converter engineered for Federal and EPA compliance. Fits the 2001-2004 Hyundai Santa Fe with the 2.4L L4. Measuring 50.500 inches in length, it incorporates a 3-bolt welded flange inlet connection with a gasket for secure sealing, plus outlet hardware connected via a 1.88" OD pipe outlet. The converter contains one inlet and one outlet, ships boxed and ready for installation, and requires no outlet gasket because of its pipe-style design. With zero oxygen sensor ports and a combined 25000-mile emissions warranty and 50000-mile structural warranty, it provides comprehensive coverage.
