Replacing the catalytic converter to accommodate dual exhaust paths, the AP Exhaust 645828 is a Federal/EPA direct-fit unit measuring 48.750 inches overall with a 409 stainless steel shell and ceramic substrate. Fits the 1996-2000 Chevrolet C2500, C3500, K2500 and K3500 and GMC C2500, C3500, K2500 and K3500, and the 1999-2000 Chevrolet C6500 and C7500 Kodiak and GMC C6500 and C7500 Topkick with the 5.7L V8 and 7.4L V8. This converter accepts a single inlet and routes flow through two 2.55-inch diameter outlets, with two O2 sensor ports monitoring each exhaust path. Inlet gasket and outlet hardware are included; no inlet hardware is provided.
