AP Exhaust 645844 Federal / EPA Catalytic Converter - Direct Fit

Controlling exhaust emissions with ceramic substrate conversion, the AP Exhaust 645844 is a Federal EPA direct-fit catalytic converter featuring stainless steel construction. Fits the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Classic and GMC Sierra 1500 Classic; the 2002-2006 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade Base and Escalade EXT; the 2003-2006 Cadillac Escalade ESV and Chevrolet Silverado 1500 SS; the 2006 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 and Suburban 2500; the 2004-2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500; and the 2001-2006 GMC Sierra 1500, Yukon Denali and Yukon XL 1500 with the 6L V8. This 51.25 inch long converter utilizes ARISTO proprietary substrate chemistry for efficient catalyst loadings while maintaining lower manufacturing costs. The single inlet port with 3-bolt welded flange connection accepts engine exhaust and directs it through ceramic substrate materials before exiting through a 2.50 inch diameter pipe outlet. Stainless steel shell and neck construction withstands engine exhaust temperatures, and the included outlet hardware facilitates installation. With two O2 sensor ports for emissions monitoring, this converter carries a 25,000 mile emissions warranty and a 50,000 mile structural warranty.
