Built with 409 stainless steel shell and neck construction for extended service life, the AP Exhaust 645897 is a Federal EPA direct-fit catalytic converter featuring advanced Aristo Clean by Design catalyst technology. Fits the 1998-2001 Ford Ranger and Mazda B2500 with the 2.5L L4. At 49 inches in overall length, it incorporates a ceramic substrate material with one O2 sensor port for emissions monitoring and precise control. The converter connects via a 2-bolt loose flange inlet with spherical flare connection and a 2-bolt welded outlet flange. Hardware and output gasket are included for complete installation.
