Processing emissions through its 409 stainless steel shell and neck construction with ceramic substrate, the AP Exhaust 646901 is a Federal/EPA direct-fit catalytic converter measuring 38.250 inches in overall length. Fits the 1997-1999 Ford E-150 Econoline, E-150 Econoline Club Wagon and E-250 Econoline, the 1999 Ford F-250, F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty, and the 1997-1998 Ford E-350 Econoline and E-350 Econoline Club Wagon with the 5.4L V8 and 6.8L V10. The converter features a single 3-bolt welded inlet flange and a 3.00" OD pipe outlet, with Aristo Clean by Design advanced catalyst technology for emissions control. Inlet gasket is included for sealing, though inlet hardware is not included and no outlet gasket is required. Outlet hardware is provided for installation, covered by 25000 miles emissions and 50000 miles structural warranty.
