Temperature monitoring systems use switches to trigger warning indicators when coolant or fluid reaches critical levels. The AutoMeter 3247 is a temperature switch designed to work with Pro-Lite warning lamps, giving drivers visual feedback of engine temperature conditions. This switch closes at 220 degrees Fahrenheit and higher, and opens at temperatures below 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
