AutoMeter part number 3906 is a pedestal tachometer with a 5" face that reads 0-10,000 RPM. The gauge uses an air-core electric movement and works with 12 and 16 volt electrical systems. It accepts 0.5-6 pulse ignition signals and is compatible with 1-12 cylinder engines running points, electronic, or 12V high-performance racing ignitions.
The needle moves from zero to full scale in 333 milliseconds. A user-programmable shift light provides high-visibility feedback. Peak RPM Memory allows single-touch review of peak engine speed between runs. Incandescent lighting illuminates the dial, with a fluorescent red pointer on a black background. The bezel is brushed aluminum with a flat, clear lens. The gauge mounts with included hardware, bulb, socket, and light covers.
