Cast from high-silicon ductile iron at a 0.25-inch wall thickness, the BD Diesel 1041482 is an exhaust manifold set built for the 6.4L PowerStroke. Fits the 2008–2010 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty. The extra-thick casting is engineered to resist cracking caused by high exhaust temperatures, and both manifolds arrive finished in high-temperature black paint. The set comes pre-drilled for pyrometer probes and pressure gauges, and includes 6 exhaust studs that mate to the up-pipe flange as well as cylinder head to exhaust manifold gaskets.
