BDS Suspension 1547FDSC - 6 Inch Lift Kit FOX 2.5 Coil-Over Ford Ranger 19-23 4WD Cast Aluminum Knuckle

Built to outperform, BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger trucks with 6-inch suspension lift kits with FOX 2.5 Coil-over shocks. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increase travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. This kit includes everything necessary to set your Ford Ranger truck up right with clearance for up to 35 inch Tires.

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics.

Up front the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection.

Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.

In the rear BDS utilizes a heavy duty replacement transfer case cross-member, high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Dual Speed Compression Adjust Adjustment

FOX 2.5 coil-overs are available with standard with Dual Speed Compression Adjust (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain.

High Clearance Crossmemebers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles Cast Aluminum

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

Important Ford is producing two knuckle/control arm configurations in 2020+ model Rangers. Cast steel knuckle-equipped models have different ball joints than models equipped with Aluminum knuckles. Be sure to verify which factory knuckle your truck has before ordering by referencing our help images when customizing your kit.

1. Requires frame bracket and differential modification. If using a plasma cutter for frame bracket mod, disconnecting the battery is highly recommended.
2. Stock 17-18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
3. When balancing Tires for 17-18 inch wheels, wheel weights are best positioned towards the center of the wheel to avoid interference with the tie rod end.
4. Rack and Pinion steering is sensitive to Tire choice. Aggressive Tires, smaller backspacing or Tires that require several wheel weights may induce steering wheel wobble.
5. Will not work on Tremor model.
