The aluminum rear shock mounts on certain Mazda vehicles can corrode, weaken and fail from exposure to road salt and brine, and the dealer requires replacing the entire assembly. This Dorman OE FIX suspension shock mount saves expense by allowing the replacement of just the failed mount rather than the entire assembly, and because it's constructed of rugged cast iron with a rust preventive coating, also provides a more robust, longer-lasting repair. The shock mount comes complete with new mounting nuts for a thorough, professional installation.
- Saves money - allows the replacement of just the shock mount instead of the entire shock assembly on select Mazda vehicles
- Upgraded replacement - engineered from rugged cast iron with a rust-preventive coating instead of the factory design's corrosion-prone aluminum, for a more permanent repair
- Complete solution - includes new mounting nuts for a thorough, professional repair
- Trustworthy quality - designed in the USA and backed by a team of product experts with more than a century of automotive experience
