An active grille shutter assembly, the Dorman 601-340, replaces the original equipment cooling component that regulates airflow through the radiator to maintain engine operating temperature within proper range. Fits the 2016-2018 Lincoln MKX. Constructed from black plastic, this shutter assembly measures 210 millimeters in thickness and matches the fit and function of the factory original. The shutter includes a factory-style electrical connector that allows for plug-and-play installation without requiring additional wiring or modifications. The assembly restores full function to the vehicle's active grille shutter system. Mounting hardware is not included with this replacement shutter.
