An electronic variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) actuator, the Dorman 668-100, solves a critical problem in Ram trucks equipped with 6.7L diesel engines. Fits the 2013-2018 Ram 2500, 3500, 4500 and 5500, and the 2013 Ram 4000 with the 6.7L L6. The original equipment design uses solderless compliant pins that separate from the printed circuit board assembly due to heat and vibration during normal operation. This remanufactured actuator replaces that design with soldered pins that form a permanent, secure connection to the PCBA, preventing the same failure pattern. Remanufactured to industry standards at a USA facility and thoroughly tested to restore factory-specification turbocharger performance, the Dorman 668-100 is backed by a limited warranty.
