Providing power transmission to the rear axle in the drivetrain, the Dorman 946-181 is a standard replacement steel driveshaft measuring 71.62 inches in length with a 3.5-inch diameter and 0.083-inch wall thickness. Fits the 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and Silverado 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 and Sierra 3500 HD. The driveshaft features universal joints at both ends with an adjustable overall length to accommodate various mounting configurations. CV joints and an axle nut are not included and must be obtained separately for proper installation.
