Fabricated from seamless steel with a 3 inch diameter shaft, the Dorman 946-830 is a heavy-duty driveshaft offering adjustable length capability for flexible mounting on specified vehicle configurations. Fits the 2006-2008 Ford F-150 with the 4.2L V6. This single-piece shaft measures 93.375 inches in overall length and incorporates a 0.083 inch wall thickness as a standard replacement for front driveshaft applications. A slip yoke end connects to the transmission while a bolt-on end provides secure attachment to the rear axle. The CV joints are not included with this assembly. The axle nut is not included with this assembly. The package contains one complete driveshaft ready for installation and protected by a limited warranty against defects.
