Dorman 949-300 Suspension Air Compressor

The original equipment compressor on nitrogen-filled air suspension systems on certain Jeep Grand Cherokee SUVs can fail when leaks cause the motor to run beyond its duty cycle, melting the plastic piston. This Dorman OE FIX air suspension compressor is housed in a rugged die-cast aluminum case and features a more durable aluminum piston, improved seals to prevent leaks, a new valve block, and a compressor motor rated for greater thermal capacity than the factory version to help avoid future failures.

• Upgraded replacement - this nitrogen air suspension compressor features improved seals to prevent leaks, and a durable aluminum internal piston instead of the original equipment plastic piston
• Enhanced technology - this compressor includes an upgraded motor rated for greater thermal capacity than the factory motor for longer life and more reliable service
• Complete repair - includes new valve block, brackets, dryer, air filter boxes, sealed sound isolation shielding, wiring harness and connectors
• Quality tested - this part has undergone vehicle try-on, corrosion and material testing to ensure a quality fit and long service life
