A steel driveshaft, the Dorman 976-737, connects the transmission to the rear axle with a slip yoke on one end and a universal joint on the other. Fits the 1987-1993 Jeep Wrangler with the 4.0L L6 and 4.2L L6. The 20.625-inch-long shaft has a 2.5-inch diameter and 0.083-inch wall thickness, manufactured from drawn-over-mandrel seamless steel that provides strength and concentricity. This driveshaft arrives fully assembled, dynamically pre-balanced and ready to install, containing all new tubing and yokes. The overall length is adjustable to accommodate different installation setups, and the Dorman 976-737 is backed by a limited warranty. The CV joints are not included with this assembly. The axle nut is not included.
