At 59.625 inches in compressed length and 3 inches in diameter, the Dorman 986-559 is a standard replacement driveshaft for rear-wheel-drive vehicles. Fits the 2011-2014 Ford F-150 with the 5.0L V8. Manufactured from seamless steel tubing with a 0.083 inch wall thickness, this shaft assembly transmits rotational power from the transmission through the rear axles. The driveshaft features a slip yoke connection at one end and a bolt-on connection at the other for secure attachment to the transmission and rear differential. This driveshaft assembly is delivered as one complete, pre-balanced unit ready for installation. The CV joints are not included. The axle nut is not included.
