Using spinner welding equipment and high-speed production lines, the Eastern Catalytic 30465 is a direct-fit catalytic converter manufactured to exact OE specifications. Fits the 2003-2004 Ford Expedition with the 5.4L V8. The converter features a proprietary NANO substrate chemistry with efficient catalyst loadings to reduce emissions. As a Federal/EPA direct-fit undercar converter, it provides two O2 sensor ports and uses ECO II catalyst technology for the application. The converter is secured with a single clamp and connects using 2 bolt welded flanges, featuring a 2.5-inch outlet diameter.
