Built with spinner welding and automated workstations incorporating advanced-manufacturing technology, the Eastern Catalytic 30487 is a Federal/EPA direct-fit Y-pipe catalytic converter with an ECO II catalyst type and proprietary NANO substrate chemistry. Fits the 2003-2005 Lincoln Aviator with the 4.6L V8. It features four oxygen sensor ports for monitoring exhaust emissions, dual inlet connections with 2-bolt spinner connections, and a single outlet with 2-bolt welded connection. The assembly uses two clamps for secure mounting and includes one outlet gasket, though inlet gaskets and inlet/outlet hardware are not included.
