Managing tailpipe emissions through an integrated Y-pipe design, the Eastern Catalytic 30497 consolidates both exhaust manifold intake and integrated converter functionality in a single direct-fit unit specifically engineered for Ford truck and large-displacement V8 applications. Fits the 2007-2014 Ford Expedition, the 2007-2013 Lincoln Navigator, and the 2009-2010 Ford F-150 with the 5.4L V8. The converter employs the proprietary ECO III catalyst type for efficient emissions control and features 2 O2 sensor ports to monitor exhaust conditions throughout operation. It connects via a 2-bolt spinner inlet and 2-bolt welded outlet with a 2.5-inch outlet diameter, operating without additional gaskets or hardware.
