Eastern Catalytic 40486 Federal / EPA Direct-Fit Manifold Converter Assembly

Reducing engine exhaust to meet federal EPA emissions standards, the Eastern Catalytic 40486 is a direct-fit catalytic converter integrated with an exhaust manifold as a single assembly. Fits the 1998-2005 Lexus GS300, the 2001-2005 Lexus IS300, and the 1999-2000 Lexus SC300 with the 3L L6. The unit employs proprietary NANO substrate chemistry combined with ECO III catalyst technology to achieve efficient emissions conversion. This design uses advanced manufacturing methods including automated production lines and spinner welding equipment, fabricated to exact OE dimensions and fitment. The converter features inlet ports welded with 8 bolts and outlet ports welded with 3 bolts, with 3 oxygen sensor ports for precise monitoring. Inlet and outlet hardware are not included.
