Reducing exhaust emissions from the vehicle's engine, the Eastern Catalytic 40703 is a Federal EPA direct-fit catalytic converter integrated with the exhaust manifold, built with proprietary NANO substrate chemistry and ECO II catalyst technology for efficient catalyst loadings. Fits the 2001-2003 Toyota Highlander with the 2.4L L4. The NANO substrate design delivers improved converter efficiency while the integrated manifold features dual inlet connections with a 5 bolt welded inlet configuration and a 2 bolt welded outlet, each with gaskets for proper sealing.
