The Eastern Catalytic 40708 is a Federal and EPA direct-fit pre-cat converter with a Standard catalyst type that reduces emissions before the main muffler system. Featuring 3 Bolt Welded inlet and outlet connections, both with hardware included, this converter is manufactured using high-speed production lines to meet exact OE dimensions and fitment specifications. With 1 inlet gasket and 1 outlet gasket for secure fastening, the converter is made in the United States and carries a 60-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. It meets federal EPA emissions standards and is not CARB certified.
