A direct-fit catalytic converter with integrated exhaust manifold, the Eastern Catalytic 40856 provides Federal and EPA-compliant emissions control for specific vehicle applications. Fits the 2006-2010 Mazda 5, and the 2004-2009 Mazda 3 with the 2.3L L4. The converter utilizes an ECO III catalyst substrate formulated to reduce tailpipe emissions while the integrated manifold design bolts directly to the engine cylinder head via 6-bolt welded inlet connection. The outlet features a 2-bolt welded flange for downstream connection, with gaskets included for both inlet and outlet to ensure proper sealing.
