Integrating catalytic conversion directly into the exhaust manifold assembly, the Eastern Catalytic 41163 combines manifold flange design with precise outlet welding for a sealed Federal/EPA-compliant direct-fit converter unit. Fits the 2011-2015 Volvo XC60 and XC70, and the 2011-2014 Volvo S80 with the 3.2L L6. The converter uses an ECO III catalyst type and the company's proprietary NANO substrate chemistry for highly efficient precious-metal loadings. Featuring an 8-bolt manifold inlet flange and a 4-bolt welded outlet connection, the assembly requires no external clamps for installation and is not CARB certified.
