Eastern Catalytic 50180 Federal / EPA Direct-Fit Converter Assembly

Converting exhaust emissions through direct-fit Y-pipe design, the Eastern Catalytic 50180 uses proprietary NANO substrate chemistry for efficient catalytic conversion. Fits the 1986-1991 Chevrolet Corvette with the 5.7L V8. This EPA-compliant converter merges dual exhaust flows into a single outlet while maintaining original equipment fitment and dimensions. The design incorporates a standard catalyst type with one O2 sensor port for proper emissions monitoring. Connection points feature 3-bolt spinner inlets on both inlet ports and a 4-bolt spinner outlet, with one clamp securing the assembly. The unit does not include inlet gaskets or mounting hardware at either connection point. Built using automated manufacturing techniques, the converter achieves precise OE-level specifications.
