With 3-bolt welded flange connections at both inlet and outlet, the Eastern Catalytic 50289 provides an undercar catalytic converter with direct-fit Federal and EPA compliance. Fits the 1999-2002 Chevrolet Cavalier and Pontiac Sunfire; the 1999-2001 Oldsmobile Alero; the 2000-2001 Pontiac Grand Am; and the 1999 Chevrolet Malibu and Pontiac Grand Am GT and Grand Am SE with the 2.4L L4. The converter uses ECO II catalyst technology for efficient emissions management with one oxygen sensor port for engine monitoring. One gasket is provided for the inlet connection and one for the outlet connection, though no inlet or outlet mounting hardware is included.
