Front coilover suspension is the focus of FOX Shocks part 985-02-003, a Performance Series 2.0 Coil-Over IFP shock built with application-specific valving to balance on-road comfort with predictable off-road handling. The body is constructed from aluminum, which dissipates heat faster than steel, and an internal floating piston (IFP) keeps oil separated from high-pressure nitrogen gas for consistent, fade-resistant damping. Fits the 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma, and the 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner.
