This suspension shock absorber system uses FOX Performance Series technology with application-specific valving to deliver controlled damping for both on-road comfort and off-road handling. Fits the 2019-2021 Ford Ranger. The FOX 985-02-148 is a 2.0 coil-over shock built with an aluminum body that dissipates heat four times faster than steel, and features an internal floating piston (IFP) that separates oil from high-pressure nitrogen gas for consistent, fade-resistant performance. The aluminum components are CNC-machined and black anodized for durability in harsh environments.
