This shock absorber delivers race-proven damping control to provide comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling. Fits the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK, and the 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler. The FOX Performance Series 985-24-039 uses application-specific valving and an external reservoir system to maximize performance in challenging conditions. The aluminum body dissipates heat faster than steel, and the unit comes complete with an aluminum reservoir clamp.
The shock features black anodized CNC machined aluminum components and a smooth body design. An internal floating piston separates gas and oil for consistent, fade-resistant performance.
