Offering 14.1" of suspension travel with application-specific damping control, the FOX Shocks 985-24-055 is a Performance Series smooth body shock with a 2.0-inch aluminum body and remote aluminum reservoir for heat dissipation. The shock features precise damping performance with an external reservoir design that efficiently cools the system for consistent handling across both on-road and varied off-road terrain without fade. Fully rebuildable and serviceable, this shock delivers long-lasting performance thanks to race-proven damping technology, race-developed piston geometry, and aluminum construction that resists corrosion in harsh environments. The remote reservoir also includes an aluminum clamp for secure mounting.
