Delivering controlled damping for responsive suspension handling, the FOX Performance Series shock model 985-24-056 combines race-developed internal floating piston technology with a remote external reservoir for heat management. The external reservoir system dissipates heat more effectively than conventional materials, keeping the shock responsive and fade-resistant across on-road and off-road applications. Built with an aluminum body, this shock is fully rebuildable and serviceable, resistant to corrosion and harsh environments. The smooth body design with a 2-inch diameter delivers performance tuning for specific vehicle applications.
