This is a FOX Performance Series suspension shock absorber, model 985-24-155, engineered with application-specific valving and an internal floating piston reservoir to deliver race-proven damping control. Fits the 2017-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. The shock body is aluminum, dissipating heat efficiently while the smooth finish resists corrosion. It features a 2-inch diameter body with SM3 top mount and ES7 bottom mount connections.
The shock extends to 24.00 inches and compresses to 15.00 inches, delivering 8.75 inches of travel. It is tuned for 8.7-inch bore and 3.5-inch lift applications. Built to handle on-road comfort and off-road handling, the shock combines aluminum construction with a true internal floating piston that separates oil and high-pressure nitrogen gas.
