This FOX 985-26-112 shock absorber is built for suspension systems that need race-proven damping control with application-specific valving. Fits the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler, and the 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee. The Performance Series design uses an aluminum body with a remote reservoir to dissipate heat faster than steel, delivering both on-road comfort and predictable handling in demanding conditions. The shock features low-speed compression adjustment with 8 clicks of fine-tuning and includes an aluminum reservoir clamp.
