For suspension system upgrades, the FOX 987-24-019 is a Performance Series shock absorber engineered for trucks and SUVs. Fits the 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator. Constructed with a 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body featuring a Type II clear-anodized finish, this shock delivers both on-road comfort and off-road handling capability. The internal floating piston (IFP) reservoir separates gas and oil while the high-flow velocity-sensitive damping provides smooth operation across varying load conditions. A 5/8-inch hard chrome shaft resists corrosion and wear, and the hydraulic top-out piston offers impact protection during suspension cycles. The shock is fully rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term performance and fade resistance.
