A Performance Series rear shock for Ford Super Duty trucks, the FOX 987-24-021 delivers controlled damping and responsive handling through race-proven internal floating piston technology. Fits the 2017-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. Constructed with a 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body and Type II clear-anodized finish, this shock combines application-specific valving with high-flow velocity-sensitive damping to provide on-road comfort and predictable off-road performance. The 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated shaft, hydraulic top-out piston, and comprehensive corrosion resistance work together to ensure durability and reliable operation. Fully rebuildable and re-tunable throughout its service life, this shock is designed for fade-resistant performance and long-term serviceability.
