FOX shock part number 987-24-023 is a Performance Series suspension shock absorber with a 2.5 inch diameter extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body and application-specific valving to maximize performance. Fits the 2017-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. The shock features high-flow velocity-sensitive damping, an internal floating piston to separate gas and oil, and a hydraulic top out piston to control extension. It has a 5/8 inch hard chrome shaft, Type II clear-anodized body plating for corrosion resistance, and eyelet mounts at both top and bottom.
