Upper control arms from ICON, part 48400DJ, feature tubular DOM steel construction with polyurethane bushings and ICON's rebuildable Delta Joint PRO ball joint. Fits the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco. The Delta Joint PRO combines the durability of a traditional ball joint with performance capabilities, offering up to 90 degrees of free articulation. The joint features a chromoly ball and shaft with bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55, providing enhanced durability. The larger ball design includes 56% more bearing surface than standard Delta Joints, delivering a 14% improvement in range of motion over the original Delta Joint. The control arms are heavy-wall DOM tubing, CNC formed and fixture welded with a multi-stage black powder coat finish. Dual-stage serviceable bushings are fitted into precision-machined housings with grease channels for efficient lubrication. The Delta Joint PRO includes an anodized billet aluminum dust cap. The arms come pre-assembled, pre-greased, with grease fitting, bushings, ball joint, and mounting hardware included. No mounting bracket is included with this kit.
