With a 2.5 in cylinder diameter and a 0.875 in induction hardened, chrome plated shaft, ICON part 97720P is a V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shock absorber sold as a pair for the rear of the vehicle. Fits the 2004-2026 Ford F-150. The 2.25 in bore is housed in a one-piece, hard anodized, impact extruded aluminum cylinder, and a 6061 billet aluminum manifold creates an internal Bump Zone that generates an additional 20% of damping force as the shock approaches full compression, helping prevent harsh bottom outs at high velocity. The nitrogen charged monotube design is 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable, and can be upgraded to ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV).
