ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2024 Ford F-150 4WD suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON's primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality. To achieve this, these systems include high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate the suspension geometry of the F-150 Tremor and are effectively a Tremor “conversion” for your F-150 4WD. This Stage 4 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks featuring CDCV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. These coilovers are adjustable for 3.5-4.5” of front lift, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combos. Their combination with the ICON steering knuckles also allows for a 20% increase in wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 kits. Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms not only add strength and durability but help retain factory alignment specs, offer on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and allow for the extra lift height this system provides. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback reservoir rear shocks utilize vehicle-specific valving and offer increased damping and heat dissipation, balancing the performance of the truck from front to rear. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restrict oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs allow rear spring rate and ride height customization, improve ride quality, and reduce axle wrap by eliminating the factory rear blocks. Rear ride height is kept within an acceptable range using the ICON billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles.
