New Performance Stainless Steel Valves: We use the highest quality upgraded stainless steel valves with anitrate coating for ultimate durability to out-perform and outlast anyaftermarket or OE valves available. High Strength Alloy Valve Guides: New High Strength Alloy, Heat Treated ironbased valve guides are installed. These guides are heat treated to Rockwell 22 C Scale, which produces the ultimate in wear resistance. This is far superiorto original guide material, including Bronze. The guide incorporates aspiral grove inside the guide to hold oil and aid the lubrication of the valveduring engine operation. High Temp Valve Seats:Premium valve seat inserts made from a trueNickel Based Non-Magnetic material that was developed for extreme operatingconditions. These performance valve seats immensely reduce the possibility or dropping a valve seat. Drilled & Tapped Coolant Freeze Plugs In Head: The factory head has press in freeze plugs that are prone toleaking and blowing out under the valve cover. This process eliminates thefailure from ever happening to you with our cylinder heads. We use high qualitysteel plugs where others use aluminum that are prone to leak. Fire Ringed Head: The fire ringed head procedure was designed to use with our customfire ring head gasket which utilizes a radius cut steel fire ring to virtuallyeliminate head gasket failures while still allowing you to daily drive yourvehicle with confidence in its longevity capabilities.Valve Springs:We use the highest quality brand new 95lb valvessprings custom made right here in the USA. We designed these springs to offermore lift than the competition. Each valve spring is tested multiple times inhouse before assembly to ensure it maintains it proper spring rate.
